Before Your Visit
Please arrive 25 minutes prior to your treatment and enjoy herbal tea and soothing music in the waiting lounge. Children are not allowed in the spa. Please speak softly and switch off your mobile phone upon entering.
Valuables
We recommend leaving valuables at home. Jewellery boxes are provided, however we regret that we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of personal articles.
Health Conditions
If you have any skin allergies or medical complications, we advise that you consult your doctor before reserving a treatment. Smoking and consumption of alcohol within the spa are prohibited. Avoid heavy meals prior to or after any treatment.
Cancellation Policy
4 hours cancellation or rescheduling notice is required for all services. Rescheduling is subject to space availability. Cancellations with less than 4 hours notice incur a 50% fee. A full charge applies for no-shows.
Refunds
Treatment packages and memberships are non-refundable and non-extendable. Unused portions of packages are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
